A decent night after we finally got Sofie to sleep around 9:30, but another rough nap day and only managed one 30 min one again, but I think we've finally figured out that we need to move her morning nap along with her new later bedtime. We spent the morning running errands and then we met our new friend Jonah and his mom for a playdate at the beach, by her new bedtime (8:30) she was quite sleepy.

Sleepyhead
